The project encompasses two phases of work.
The first phase was core and shell for the 45,000 square-foot future supermarket space which was inclusive of the installation of a 2-stop specialty elevator through the parking garage, modifications to existing building utilities and repositioning around new elevator for the supermarket.The second phase of the project included a 45,000 square-foot interior fit-out for Trader Joe鈥檚. The work included updating the entry vestibule, new refrigeration and finishes to support Trader Joe鈥檚 strong brand, including their cedar walls.
