This is a $150M project consisting of 300 acres of site development including mass grading, campus utility infrastructure, and landscaping/hardscaping.
In addition to the site development, Suffolk has been awarded the first two of five core/shell that will be built on this campus. Each core/shell is approximately 250,000 square feet and will eventually be fitout into a 48 MW data center. This award positions Suffolk well for future TI opportunities, as well as for the future three core/shells to be built on this campus. This project expands Suffolk鈥檚 clientele portfolio as it鈥檚 a first-time win with a new developer client.
