Suffolk has completed construction on Eastgate Terrace, a three-story, 96,500 square foot office building in San Diego鈥檚 University Towne Center.
The modern and highly-efficient facility is the second Irvine Company office building awarded to Suffolk, following completion of the nearby, fifteen-story One La Jolla Center tower. Eastgate Terrace features a high-performance glass facade and open floor plates with expansive views. Outdoor space includes The Commons, with seating, dining and BBQ stations, as well as surface parking. The building is targeting LEED Certification.
