Favorite Project
It鈥檚 hard to choose a single favorite project, but two stand out as defining moments in my career. The first was The Venetian in Las Vegas鈥攎y very first project. I鈥檒l never forget the realization that what I was working on would come to life in the built environment. The second is the Even Hotel in Manhattan, my first high-rise in New York City. That project taught me just how complex and intricate urban construction can be, especially in a city like New York.

What excites me most about the construction industry is its constant evolution. With advancements in materials and technology, there's always something new to learn, which keeps the work dynamic and engaging, and every project leaves behind a tangible, lasting mark鈥攁 living monument to the collaboration, innovation, and hard work that went into building it.
Beyond the projects themselves, I鈥檓 deeply committed to elevating construction as a respected and celebrated profession. This industry offers people the opportunity to build strong, meaningful careers. It鈥檚 both a craft and a science鈥攃omplex, collaborative, and essential. I take pride in shaping the built environment and championing the skill, intelligence, and teamwork required to bring structures to life, especially as we face a generational labor shortage.
