Suffolk is contracted to complete the entire site development scope, construct the core and shell of the building, and finally complete half of the fit-out of a 48MW data center, totaling 24 MW of TI.
This facility is a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) and requires a higher level of complexity on all facets of construction due to stricter requirements. The total value of the project will be $200M+. Completion of the first two phases will occur in the Fall of 2025, with the beginning of the third phase to begin shortly after that.
