Suffolk is contracted to build a $1.25 billion campus with four 48 MW data centers.
The project is broken into 12 phases so that Suffolk can deliver a phased turnover to the client and the company can start using the data center as soon as possible. Construction for the first two buildings started in September of 2024, with the next two starting in November of 2024.
