Suffolk is transforming a historic former Navy building at Liberty Station into a world-class performing arts venue in San Diego.
The 32,000-square-foot project will feature two state-of-the-art theater spaces. The larger venue will offer seating for 289 guests, while the smaller, a 150-seat flexible studio, will include rehearsal and orchestra areas.
The project also encompasses an open-air lobby, two sophisticated bars, three landscaped patios, an art gallery showcasing local artists, and ample parking.
