This project consisted of a new 195,497 square-foot terminal to serve as the cruise terminal for Royal Caribbean at PortMiami.
The addition includes an eight-story, 461,053 square-foot parking garage that provides 1,042 parking spaces for visitors. This project pursued LEED Silver.
