Suffolk completed the construction of this 3-story Sunrise Assisted Living facility at 3101 Townsgate Road, Westlake Village, CA in the fall of 2004.
Encompassing 63,981 square feet of living space, a parlor, dining room, activity spaces, spas, and luscious landscape grounds, the Sunrise Assisted Living facility also includes 79 housing units.
The exterior is constructed with a plaster finish and a clay tile roof built-up. Structural steel framing components incorporate PT concrete deck on metal deck structure, foundations are constructed of cast-in-place concrete and is enveloped with steel using metal studs.
